As a trainer I know you can’t out train a poor diet. I want to change the way you think about eating though. The way I handle dieting is based around foods you like to eat. Here’s what you can expect from me:

  • Establish how many calories your body requires to gain/lose weight
  • Meal plan questionnaire to establish what you like/dislike
  • Personalized meal plan creation based on your needs and likes
  • Weekly check-ins to ensure we’re staying on track
